About Dr. Bakali Mukasa

A cross-sector leader working at the intersection
of agribusiness, investment, and public health.

I work at the intersection of agribusiness, investment, and public health—three systems that, when aligned, have the power to transform economies and improve lives
at scale.

How do we build systems that are both economically viable and socially impactful?

I bring deep multidisciplinary experience. I have dedicated my career to designing strategies, priority systems, and grounded approaches to sustainable agriculture value chains.

Experience Highlights

Graduate-Level Teaching in the United States

Over the course of more than a decade, I have taught public health at the graduate level across several universities in the United States. This experience strengthened my ability to analyze complex systems, communicate clearly, and translate evidence into practical action.

World Health Organization, Geneva

My work with the World Health Organization in Geneva exposed me to global health systems, policy thinking, and international collaboration. It sharpened my understanding of how institutions operate at scale and how global frameworks can inform local solutions.
